Why 9ct Gold for a Tennis Bracelet?
9ct gold is 37.5% gold, hallmarked 375. A tennis bracelet has a lot of metal in its links, so the lower gold content makes a real difference to the price. The harder alloy also suits a bracelet, which takes more knocks than a ring.
Choosing the Colour
9ct white gold is rhodium plated for a bright white finish that makes the diamonds look their whitest; it can be re-plated as it wears. 9ct yellow gold is a soft, warm yellow, and 9ct rose gold a warm pink; neither is plated, so their colour never wears off.
Choosing the Size
The carat weight is the total of all the diamonds. Around 1 to 2 carats is delicate and easy to wear every day; 3 to 5 carats has a stronger line of sparkle; 6 carats and over is a real statement piece. If you have a known metal allergy, ask us about the alloy before you order.
